About the role:

As onsite Concrete Foreman/Crew Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our concrete construction team whilst also working on the tools alongside them, as well as directing and supervising them and monitoring the quality of work done at every stage.

The ideal applicant:

Someone who is experienced in all aspects of concreting including ability to fluently read plans and has at least 1 year experience as a Foreman/Crew Leader. Someone who is also confident constructing complex formwork for structural ground slabs without guidance.

Excellent team player and willing to go above and beyond.

Strong work ethic.

Able to work well as part of a team.

Liase with customers and other trades in a professional manner.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, is well organised, has great customer service skills, leadership skills and can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure.

Salary $90,000 to $120,000 dependent on experience with bonus, phone & fuel allowance after trial period.

Prerequisites:

Must have at least 1 year's experience as a foreman/crew leader, preferably in the concrete industry.

Be experienced in all aspects of concreting including ability to fluently read plans and construct formwork.

Current drivers license and own transport.

Red/White Card.

Willing to work overtime and weekends if required.

Willing to work all areas of Melbourne.
