Our client, a well-respected residential home builder, is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team in the South East region. You'll manage a portfolio of up to 12 residential home-builds, comprising both greenfield estates and knockdown-rebuild sites.

You'll step into a high-performing team with a strong pipeline of premium detached homes and a reputation for quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring homes are built to specification, plans, and quality standards, within timeframes and budgets.
• Carry out appropriate and timely inspections during each construction phase.
• Ensure all trades follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all OH&S requirements
• Coordinate and organise labor, ensuring all Estimated Time of Operations are within budget parameters.
• Complete write-ups on frames, brickwork, lock-up, and fixes.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience as Construction Supervisor in residential construction or related field of the building/construction industry
• Knowledge of building Standards & Tolerances, BSA's, OHS regulations, and QA systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Trade qualifications are advantageous but not required.
