Available Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Site Foreman to lead a high-end residential new build located on the Mornington Peninsula.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including project scheduling, coordination of trades and subcontractors, procurement of materials, and ensuring the overall quality and progress of the build.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a solid track record in high-end residential construction. Someone who understands the intricacies of each stage of a build and brings a meticulous eye for detail.
Success in this role requires excellent organisational and leadership skills, along with clear, confident communication and the ability to effectively manage a team throughout the life of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the project timeline to ensure seamless coordination of materials, trades, and subcontractors

Work closely with the Business Director and broader team to align project goals and expectations

Maintain a strong focus on build quality, compliance, and site safety throughout all phases of construction

What We’re Looking For

A highly skilled carpenter with proven qualifications and experience

Proven experience in a site management role within residential construction, minimum 5 years

Confident using programs such as Microsoft Excel, Buildxact, etc

Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills

Strong ability to interpret and work from detailed architectural and construction plans

Availability for an immediate start, July 2025
