About the role

Absolute concrete construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Ravenhall, VIC, this role will involve operating and maintaining concrete boom pumps on various construction sites across the region. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of concrete for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently operating concrete boom pumps to pump concrete to the required location on construction sites

• Setting up on new residential sites.

• Performing routine maintenance and checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Working closely with site teams to coordinate the concrete quantities, appropriate areas onsite to wash out.

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Keeping boom pump and Truck clean at all times.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a concrete boom pump operator, with a minimum of 4-5 years' relevant industry experience

• Ability to safely and competently operate concrete boom pumps.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with site crews

• Boom pump operator’s ticket

• Current HR or HC driver's licence

• Construction White Card or equivalent safety certification
