Our client, a boutique real estate agency based in Greenslopes, is on the lookout for a genuine, experienced Property Manager to step into a clean, tidy portfolio of approx. 150 properties.

With an end-to-end structure and strong admin support (including a VA and dedicated letting agent), this is a role where you can truly focus on the quality of your work – not just racing to get through it all.

About the Role:

• Take ownership of a 150 property portfolio, based in Greenslopes
• Work end-to-end with the support of a VA handling lease renewals, invoicing, and more
• Liaise with tenants and landlords, manage maintenance, routines, ingoings/outgoings
• Leasing is covered by a Letting Agent
• Experience with PropertyMe preferred
• Trust accounting and QCAT experience are a bonus, but not essential

Who We’re Looking For:

• An experienced PM who’s confident handling a portfolio solo – ideally 1–2+ years
• You’re solutions-focused, team-minded, and genuinely care about doing a good job
• Someone with Cert of Registration (or full licence) and a current driver’s licence
• Experience or interest in the BDM space would be amazing – not essential

Location & Hours:

• Based in Greenslopes, with onsite parking
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
• Flexible with hours if needed
