Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting two Financial Advisers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide full support to the Directors/Advisers
• Handle compliance processes - FDS and annual agreements
• Client meeting preparation
• Full implementation of advice including trading investments through platforms
• Managing the client database (Xplan)
• Follow up with clients/product providers
• Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries
• Opportunity to be involved with projects

About you:

• 2+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position
• Experience using Xplan
• Experience using HUB24, CFS Wrap, Netwealth platforms
• Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning
• Experience with ongoing fee agreement processes
• Previous experience completing implementation of advice including trading investments

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $75,000 + super.
