About the role

q4 financial is seeking a talented Financial Planning - Client Services Officer to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our growing financial planning client base.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality administrative support to our financial planning advisors and their clients

Preparing financial documents, reports, and correspondence for clients

Assisting with the implementation of financial plans and strategies

Handling client inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses

Maintaining client records and databases to ensure data integrity

Collaborating with the broader team to enhance the client experience

What we're looking for

Good understanding and keen interest in personal finances

Tech savvy including Microsoft office suite experience

Previous experience as a Client Service Officer or Admin Assistant in Financial Services would be an asset

Studies in the financial planning/finances/accounting would be highly regarded, but not essential

A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
