The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a high-calibre Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role supporting our Financial Advisers and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service at every touchpoint.

Your Responsibilities

Implementation of financial strategies on behalf of the Advisers, including document preparation, client communications, and follow-up

Manage and nurture the firm’s client relationships with professionalism and care

Provide administrative and operational support to the Advisers to ensure efficient delivery of financial advice

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries with warmth and efficiency

Contribute to ongoing improvements in client service processes and team operations

About You
You are a warm, friendly, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional with a client-first mindset. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy helping others succeed. You will ideally bring:

2 years prior experience in a client service or similar administrative role within financial services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously

Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential)
