As a Client Services Officer at The Moreton Group (TMG), you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our advisers in the implementation and administration of financial strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-facing environment and is looking to grow within a boutique financial services firm.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for client queries (non-advice related)
Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM updates
Prepare and process investment, insurance, and superannuation documentation
Liaise with product providers and external stakeholders
Support advisers with administrative and follow-up tasks
Skills & Experience
Experience in a client services or admin role (financial services preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, XPlan and CRM systems, Salesforce
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a client-first attitude
