About the Role

As a Client Service Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our client experience. Working closely with our experienced Financial Advisers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support throughout their financial journey.

This is a dynamic, full-time position reporting to the Practice Manager. You’ll be part of a highly engaged team that values initiative, accountability, and great communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist Financial Advisers in managing the full review process – from scheduling through to preparation of tailored review documentation.

Coordinate implementation of financial strategies and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding actions.

Maintain accurate client records and assist with suspense and workflow management.

Handle day-to-day client communications and service requests with professionalism and empathy.

Prepare Fee Disclosure Statements (FDS) and manage ongoing service agreement processes.

Liaise with insurers and product providers to assist with research, claims, and product updates.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team by collaborating closely with advisers, paraplanners, and fellow CSOs.

About You

You are a proactive, organised and service-driven individual with previous experience in a financial planning practice. You understand that a great client experience doesn’t just happen at the adviser’s desk — it starts behind the scenes with a committed operations team.

You’ll also bring:

Strong knowledge of financial planning administration processes and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with financial planning software and product platforms.

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.

Meticulous attention to detail and a love of getting things right the first time.

Confidence working independently while contributing to a team-based environment.

A calm, can-do attitude — especially under pressure.
