Kitchens U Build is an Australian, family-owned company with over 30 years experience. With 9 showrooms in Victoria and Queensland, we let our clients choose how much or how little they want to do of their project themselves.

This is a part-time role, with hours being Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The key objective will be to keep us organised and handle the day to day admin tasks that will allow us to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations so that we can achieve business and team goals.

. A vital and varied sales support role with career development opportunities within our busy Showroom for someone with an interest in interior design.

· Support our Sales Designers to achieve individual and team store targets

· Follow our sales procedures to enhance the sales process for our customers

· Assisting customers in the showroom, over the phone and via email, answering enquiries and redirecting where appropriate

· You will be trained to provide expert advice on kitchen materials, finishes and appliances to help customers make informed decisions

· Maintaining a clean, organised, informative, inspirational and aspirational Showroom

· You will be trained to work with our various systems including CRM (customer records management), Excel databases, and EFTPOS to file and maintain digital and hardcopy information.

. This is a newly created role, and our aim to train you to become a Sales/Kitchen Designer
