The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Sharkey Scooters & Mobility as a Sales Representative ,based predominantly in our showroom . In this part-time position ( 35 hours ) based in Kangaroo Flat, VIC, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and outstanding customer service to help our clients find the perfect mobility solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their unique mobility requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services

Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our extensive range of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, walkers and other assistive equipment

Process sales transactions and provide exceptional post-sale support

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends and developments

Contribute to the overall sales performance of the business by achieving individual and team targets

Provide a friendly, professional and consultative customer experience at all times

What we're looking for

Ideally Proven sales experience, preferably in the mobility/disability equipment industry ( training provided for the right candidate )

A can do positive attitude a must

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong product knowledge and a passion for helping people find the right solutions

Adaptable and customer-focused approach to sales

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compassion and empathy for the needs of our diverse customer base

A full manual licence ( not essential but advantageous )
