ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and organised team member to join us in a part-time position, providing essential support to our Print Department and valued customers. You’ll become part of a collaborative and supportive team, working a consistent weekly schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

If you're someone who prefers variety and doesn’t want to be confined to a desk all day, this hands-on, dynamic role is perfect for you. Responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving stock, making local deliveries, and assisting with basic printer configuration, all while playing a key role in ensuring smooth day to day support across our Print Department.

Key responsibilities:

End to end fulfilment of consumables orders (i.e. toner) - from order processing through to pick/pack/dispatch and delivery

Handle customer queries over the phone and email

Receive goods into stock, monitor stock levels and maintain inventory systems

Assist with basic printer setup and maintenance – training provided

Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support purchasing decisions

Support off site tasks such as deliveries and mail handling

ABOUT YOU

A current class C (car) drivers licence and willingness to travel locally

Experience in customer service and order fulfilment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence using technology and basic hardware setup

Skilled in administrative tasks and the use of Microsoft office and CRM systems

Reliable, quick-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
