• Global pharmaceutical company who supplies healthcare products to the Australian and International markets
• Located in Melbourne
• Part Time, 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9 AM to 5:30 PM
• Seeking a receptionist to join their team on a 3-month contract with strong potential for extension
• Immediate start and attractive salary

Duties:

• Customer service (phone call/emails)
• Greeting visitors entering the facility
• Registration of visitors
• Administrative tasks

About you:

• Strong administration experience
• Strong communication skills
• PC skills
• Fast learner
• Presents professionally

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
