Current Roles:

Senior Account Executive – Equity Opportunity & Succession Plan – Salary Negotiable
Join an established business where you’ll manage a book of approx. $500k, focusing on retention while the Director drives new business. With strong growth expected over the next few years, this role offers a clear pathway to equity without needing to start your own AR business. Excellent long-term security and opportunity.

Private Clients Broker – South East – $85k- $90k
Work for a fantastic management team and assist with a portfolio of domestic clients. You’ll ideally have Tier 2 broking qualifications and experience across a range of personal lines products including motor, home, caravan, and boat.

Claims Executive – South East – $110k – 2 Days WFH
Join a well-established Steadfast brokerage. Handle both domestic and commercial claims in a collaborative, hybrid working environment. Prior claims experience from a broking background preferred.

Account Executive – 3-Month Contract to Potential Perm – South East/Bayside
In between roles or looking to return to the workforce? This SME role is with a Steadfast broker and offers the chance to "try before you buy" in a fun, supportive team. Tier 1 (Broking) required.

Account Manager – CBD – $120k
Retention-focused role managing a long-standing book of commercial clients across a range of industries. You’ll also be supported by a claims and domestic lines team. This is a face-to-face, full-servicing role with a Steadfast brokerage.

Motor Claims Consultant – Hybrid
Assist with a portfolio made up mostly of motor claims. Perfect if you have claims experience from an insurer or broker and a passion for motor. Opportunity to visit clients onsite—strong presentation skills are key.

Assistant Broker – SME – Eastern Suburbs – To $90k+
Fantastic work culture with plenty of opportunity for career progression. Must have experience with business packs, liability, etc. Ongoing training and development provided.

Executive Assistant – Broking – CBD – $110k
Work closely with the Director and be exposed to large corporate clients. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ broking experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and broking qualifications.

Account Executive – Inner City – $130k
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key clients. Experience with ISR, liability, motor fleet, business packs essential. Work closely with the department manager in a corporate environment.

Senior Account Manager – West – $150k+
5–10 years+ insurance broking experience required. Take over a portfolio of existing clients and work closely with management. Great career development and long-term growth potential.
