  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation.
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement in technology project delivery.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level applications (integration platforms, CRM, reporting) and troubleshooting technical issues.

On a typical day, this role will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, particularly for enterprise-level applications and systems.
  • Utilise critical thinking to analyse business needs, clearly document both the problem and the proposed solution, and provide guidance to help the business identify the most effective approach.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with the Digital Technology team and/or external vendors to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and delivers the best outcome.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Support the Enterprise Applications team with defect analysis and enhancement requirements, ensuring issues are resolved and opportunities for improvement are identified.
