Job Title: ICT Business Analyst & Operations
Key Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation
Engage pilot customers and internal stakeholders to gather, investigate and document business requirements for fleet-intelligence features and robotics-operations enhancements.

Process Analysis & Optimisation
Map end-to-end workflows for multi-robot deployments, quantify bottlenecks and recommend best-practice processes and system functionality to improve utilisation, uptime and operational efficiency.

Functional & Data Specifications
Translate business needs into functional specifications, data-flow diagrams and acceptance criteria for engineering and data-science teams—covering analytics dashboards, anomaly detection and remote-ops workflows.

Project & Operations Governance

Reporting & Dashboards
Design, build and maintain dashboards that surface key operational metrics—such as robot utilisation, anomaly rates and mean-time-to-recover—and provide actionable insights to customers and internal leadership.

Testing & Deployment Support
Coordinate system and user-acceptance testing, validate results against requirements and assist in deployment planning to minimise operational disruption during rollouts.

Documentation & Training
Produce user guides, SOPs and onboarding materials tailored to customer configurations; deliver training sessions and solution walkthroughs for both end-users and internal teams.
