About the role

Trescal (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service - Outbound Sales professional to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in our sales and customer service operations, responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.

What you'll be doing

Engaging in outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities

Providing exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients

Identifying and understanding client needs to recommend suitable products and services

Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to support business objectives

Continuously developing your service knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, a self-motivator with gumption!

Previous experience in a customer service or outbound sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data reporting

A collaborative, driven, and results-oriented approach to work

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
