The Company:
A renowned nationally operating company that specialise within the textiles industry. This secure / permanent sales role is office based, within a friendly and supportive sales / customer service team. The role is required to achieve sales across a vast range of clients from different industries including marine, auto, interior design, furniture etc. The working hours for this role are Mon-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, or 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Key Duties:
- Manage outbound/inbound sales calls.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide quotations, product information, and pricing details.
- Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff.
- Follow up on new sales leads and opportunities.
- Promote the features and benefits of the company’s products & services.
- Process sales orders.
- Maintain client databases.
What You Will Require:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- 3 + year's experience in Customer Service / Sales.
- An enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
