ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Head Chef you will be the driving force behind our kitchen. Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure the smooth flow of F&B operations, in this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for menu development, building strong relationships with suppliers and take full accountability for the kitchen financials. An inspiring mentor and leader, you’ll bring a wealth of experience and innovative ideas to our table whilst fostering the growth of a talented team around you.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading a team

Highly organised with superb time management, menu preparation and planning

Excellent wok and knife skills as well as in-depth understanding of Asian ingredients and cooking methodologies.

A team player who communicates and collaborates well with all departments

Sound knowledge of HACCP requirements.

Available to work across a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

Full unrestricted Australian work rights.
