A well established private psychiatry clinic is looking for a permanent part time administration member to join our growing team. This is a rewarding role within a dynamic healthcare organisation, where you will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service to patients.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
Managing patient inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone
Coordinating patient records and updating medical information in the clinic's database
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Liaising with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in administration/healthcare sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Work well in a team environment
High degree of attention to detail
