Job Description : Duties Include, but not limited to:

Design marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar

Liaise with Vendors to finalise Property Marketing Materials

Order marketing materials with suppliers

Sending Properties Live on the Internet

Booking Times for Photos, Floorplan, Drone Photography

Property Copywriting

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise impact

Updating Office TV Screens - when required

Creating Buyer Web Books + Auto Responder

Preparing documents for the Open House Pack for each Property

Leader Ad Creation & Bookings if required

Social Media - Create engaging content for the Office

Targeted Social Media Management for Each Property Campaign

Office & Agent Marketing - Create New Ideas & Marketing Materials when required

Send out requests, Respond to & Promote Review/Testimonial for both Sales & PM

Website Management

Google Keep - Daily updates

Create Just Listed & Just Sold Flyers, Just Listed for Rent & Just Leased Flyers

Preparing an Annual Marketing Plan with a Budget

Obtain marketing / printing quotes when required

Assist with Styling Homes when required

Support branding initiatives and special marketing projects

Being Creative with Fresh Ideas!
