We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions, drive employee engagement, and align HR strategies with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with company objectives.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.

Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, workplace health & safety, and industry standards.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Lead training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.

Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in collaboration with finance.

Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and diversity programs.

Provide strategic HR advice to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of HR management experience, preferably in logistics/transport.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act, Awards, etc.).

Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and ER.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Employment Hero, Xero, or similar).

HR certification (e.g., AHRI, CIPD) is a plus.
