THE COMPANY
My client is a well-established, national business leading the way in sustainable waste management. They provide tailored services in liquid and hazardous waste collection, grease trap maintenance, site cleaning, and recycling programs – helping clients across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities, and government stay compliant, safe, and sustainable.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join the NSW team. This role is all about new business– hunting for opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. You’ll also manage a handful of key accounts to keep things ticking over.
You’ll be supported by an experienced operations team so you can focus on what you do best – winning work and delivering smart, value-driven solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Find and win new business across a wide range of industries
Build strong relationships with key contacts – from procurement managers to site leads
Design and present tailored waste service solutions
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Manage your pipeline and consistently hit sales targets
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in B2B sales, especially selling service contracts
Strong commercial acumen and a solution-based mindset
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Self-starter who loves the chase and takes ownership of results
Experience in waste, industrial services, or selling into construction/infrastructure is a big bonus
If you’ve sold service-based solutions – we want to hear from you. Experience in waste is great, but not essential.
SARALY AND BENIFITS
BASE $80,000 - $100,000 | Super 11.5% | Car/Car Allowance | Commissions
