About the role
The role will be responsible for organizing and managing contracts, liaising with service parties, focusing on contract renewals, extensions, and terminations according to the terms and conditions.
The primary responsibilities will be as follows:
Ø Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure they meet legal requirements and accurately reflect the terms agreed upon by both parties;
Ø Interpreting and negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, or clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
Ø Establishing contract terms and conditions, including service levels, fee,s and financial obligations
Ø Responsible for the resolution of any questions raised by the affected parties regarding contracts or ongoing services;
Ø Maintaining accurate records of contracts, service, performance evaluations, amendments, payments, and other related documentation;
Ø Acting as a liaison between the organization and external contractors and service parties
Ø Facilitating clear and open communication to ensure that expectations are understood and met on both sides;
Ø Serve as a link between the previous and the next, consult with senior managers on major issues, and be responsible for the implementation of business plans;
Ø Monitoring the performance of contractors to ensure they are meeting the agreed-upon standards and delivering quality work within the established timelines;
To be successful for this role, you need:
Ø At least one year of relevant working experience is required
Ø Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Ø Excellent Communication and problem-solving ability
Ø High attention to detail, strong organizational skills
Ø Proficiency in MS office suite software
