Resourceful Recruitment has been engaged by a leading Queensland energy company to recruit a People & Culture Coordinator based in Brisbane.

Your Role
This is an initial 2-3 month daily rate contract. You'll be the go-to person for employees and leaders alike, providing professional support and administration across diverse HR functions.
Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Team Lead, you'll be a key support pillar for the organisation's people operations, ensuring seamless HR processes and exceptional employee experiences from recruitment through to offboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining comprehensive and confidential employee records with high attention to detail
- Supporting critical HR processes including employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee and leadership enquiries, managing team communications
- Preparing and distributing professional employee correspondence and documentation
- Coordinating temporary recruitment processes from job posting through to candidate selection
- Supporting the recruitment team with candidate communication, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and security protocols for all employee information
- Developing templates and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively supporting employee wellbeing initiatives including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Delivering exceptional onboarding experiences through SuccessFactors administration and coordination
Your Background & Experience
We're looking for a people-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a genuine interest in supporting employees throughout their journey. You're organised, discreet, and naturally drawn to helping others succeed.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in HR coordination, administration, or people operations
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded)
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across teams
- Previous experience in the energy sector or similar regulated industry is desirable
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
