The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Procurement Coordinator to manage our end-to-end procurement processes. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and managing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring continuity and quality across the supply chain. This role is integral to supporting our sales, design, and project teams in delivering successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate across departments to plan and coordinate procurement activities that align with budgets and timelines.

Conduct supplier evaluations, secure quotes, and negotiate contracts that deliver optimal value.

Manage day-to-day purchasing, follow-ups, and resolve issues like missing or damaged items.

Support the sales team with accurate pricing for proposals and tenders.

Maintain supplier databases, monitor KPIs, and assist in strategic procurement analysis.

Continuously assess supplier performance and explore new sourcing opportunities.

Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain environments.

Strong commercial and analytical skills with a focus on cost, quality, and risk.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—internally and externally.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with NetSuite is a bonus.
