We are seeking a motivated Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to help us deliver high-quality care by ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services critical to our operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing of essential supplies and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal levels of medical and non-clinical supplies.
Handle the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance with aged care standards.
Collaborate closely with the CFO and other internal teams to align procurement with budgetary and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Essential: Demonstrated experience in procurement, stock management, or contract management (1-3 years preferred).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in procurement or financial management software.
A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable qualifications include tertiary education or certifications in procurement, business management, or contract management, and experience in the not-for-profit or aged care sectors.
