General Manager – Corporate Services
Location: TriCare Head Office, Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD
TriCare is seeking an experienced General Manager – Corporate Services to lead nine service teams that provide corporate and administrative services from our head office to 24 senior living locations.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the performance of key head office functions including setting priorities, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with internal and external deadlines, and translating Board resolutions into actionable team goals.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
· a minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams;
· a proven ability to achieve measurable outcomes; and
· an attention to detail in your work.
