The Role

At Leina + Fleur, we design more than just clothes — we create confidence, ease, and connection for women who want to feel seen, powerful, and put together.

This role will be a major contributor to our ongoing success, as our Corporate Services Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the organisations finance, HR, compliance and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the flexibility of part-time work.

Importantly you will work closely with the Founder/CEO and maintain the daily running of the business services to facilitate an organised, coordinated and strong basis for success.

The Responsibilities

Financial Management

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable

Prepare accounts up to General Ledger

Work with external accountants

Advise to Founder/CEO on relevant financial matters

People Management

Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance and performance processes

Promote a positive work environment

Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Governance, risk & compliance

Maintain and develop organisational policies and procedures

Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Coordinate risk management - identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks related to corporate services.

Continuous improvement - implementing innovative systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The Skill Set

Leadership & Management – experience in managing and motivating employees, including performance management and training

Financial Management – can complete all financial functions up to general ledger, manage budgets, forecasting expenses and understanding financial reports.

Financial Acumen – understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations

Effective Communicator – clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of HR best practice, relevant awards, ongoing review of entitlements and across industry changes and reforms

Highly organised – managing multiple tasks, working autonomously, prioritising effectively and maintaining accurate records

Problem solving – identifying and addressing issues as they arise, developing solutions and implementing changes to improve operations

Strategic thinker, sound decision maker and effective time manager

IT savvy, competent with Xero, familiarity with relevant IT systems and applications including ongoing maintenance of software and hardware with external support

Desirable

Experience in retail, fashion or manufacturing industry

Qualifications in business, accounting or HR

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
