We're working exclusively with a leading major Australian home builder to appoint a Business Analyst to support major digital transformation projects and drive process improvement across the organisation.

The Role

• Work across Sales, Marketing, Construction, Estimating, and Finance
• Shape business processes, requirements, and workflows that impact enterprise-wide systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver user-focused solutions
• Balance operational improvement with delivery execution in an Agile environment

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a BA in commercial or operational settings
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/AX/Homebuilder/Field Services)
• A background in construction, property, or adjacent industries highly regarded
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and systems improvement capability
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives)
