We’re seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead operations for a sub-regional shopping centre in Melbourne’s south-east, plus oversee a secondary asset in the west with weekly visits.

This role is part of a rapidly growing portfolio in an organisation in aggressive acquisition mode.

About the Role:

The Centre Manager will oversee operations, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships across these key assets. You will lead the centre management team, ensure the smooth running of the assets, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and financial performance of assigned centres.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
• Work with leasing teams to drive income growth and tenant engagement.
• Oversee WHS, risk management, and centre presentation.
• Lead emergency and crisis management.
• Provide leadership and support to the centre management team.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ shopping centre management experience, preferably managing multiple assets.
• Strong financial and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with knowledge of retail/property markets.
• Experience with property management accounting systems.
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
