We’re seeking a passionate and commercially focused Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations and tenant engagement at a key shopping centre, while providing support to two additional centres within a diverse Victorian portfolio.

This is a significant career opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Retail Coordinator or Centre professional ready to step into a leadership role.

About the Role Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll be predominantly based at one centre, with occasional travel to two others. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive Centre Management team, you’ll help drive both day-to-day operational success and long-term strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tenant operations, lease compliance, and customer experience
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, retailers and service providers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and improving Net Operating Income (NOI)
• Support casual mall leasing and identify additional income opportunities
• Contribute to tenancy mix planning, debt management, and outgoings
• Uphold WHS, compliance, and presentation standards across all sites
• Deliver tenant engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Mentor and support team members across the portfolio

We’re Open To Candidates Who Are:

• Administration Managers, Marketing Managers or Retail Coordinators with shopping centre experience
• Commercially minded and confident working with tenants and stakeholders
• Looking to step up into a multi-site leadership role
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Holders of a current driver’s licence (essential)
• Tertiary qualified in property, marketing or business (preferred)
