We are seeking a commercially astute and passionate Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and tenancy management at a premier shopping centre in Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, or Retail Coordinator within the shopping centre sector looking to step confidently into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on centre performance and shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily tenant operations, lease compliance, and enhance the shopper experience
• Assist with financial management including budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L reporting, and driving income growth initiatives
• Lead casual leasing and supplementary income strategies while ensuring compliance with WHS and risk management standards
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants, retailers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Implement tenant engagement and customer satisfaction programs to drive centre performance and loyalty

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in shopping centre operations, administration, or marketing within retail property
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with initiative and professionalism
• Current driver’s licence is essential
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or property are advantageous
