Spring Professional now has an exciting opportunity available as Assistant Operations Manager working a shopping centre in Albury Wodonga. As Assistant Operations Manager you will manage the day to day maintenance activities and works alongside a wider centre management team to effectivly manage the centre operations.

This group successfully manage and run a portfolio of high performing shopping center's across Australia. Working with an experienced team of professionals you will assist in providing strategic leadership and direction relating to operations, maintenance, capital projects, compliance as well as providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in management of all maintenance requirements for the shopping centre.
• Achieve compliance for all essential safety measures requirements.
• Present the assets to the highest possible standard every day for retailers, consumers, and staff.
• Manage planning, delivery and stabilisation activities.
• Oversee the administration of all operational contracts.
• Establish quality standards aimed at exceeding customer and retailer expectations.

Ideal background:

• Building Management/Facilities Management/Operations experience
• Experience in a shopping centre environment advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Initiative, professionalism & persistence
