The Role:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a dedicated team
- Helping create engaging, play-based learning environments
- Jumping in to support on the floor when needed – you lead by example
- Keeping communication clear and collaborative across the whole service
- Maintaining compliance and championing best practices in early education
- Building strong connections with families and the Defence community
- Driving continuous improvement and striving for ‘Exceeding’ ratings
What You’ll Bring
✔ Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
✔ 3+ years in a Director or senior leadership role within early childhood education
✔ A current NSW Working with Children Check
✔ In-depth knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance standards
✔ A flexible, can-do mindset – ready to support wherever needed
✔ Warm, confident leadership and top-tier communication skills
✔ Willingness to work a rotating roster based on service needs
