Directors in Finance Business Partnering - NSW State Government

As a Director, you will act as the critical link between business operations, the central finance team, and key stakeholders, including the Treasury. You'll lead the provision of high-level financial advice, enabling informed decision-making

🔹 Daily Rate: $693.12 – $1,454.72 (PAYG or ABN)
🔹 Parramatta SQ | Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver strategic, operational, and tactical financial advice to executive leadership
✅ Prepare accurate management and financial reports
✅ Develop and manage Capital & Recurrent budgets
✅ Identify and manage budget pressures, offering mitigation strategies
✅ Assess the financial impact of policy and operational initiatives
✅ Support reform and structural changes that enhance service delivery & financial sustainability

Ideal Candidate:

You’ll bring senior-level experience in finance business partnering, preferably in complex, multi-functional environments. Prior exposure to NSW Government financial frameworks and strategic budget management is highly desirable.
