You have extensive experience prospecting by phone.
You have a track record in beating sales targets.
A can-do attitude, hardworking approach and ability to make things happen working on their own initiative.
Excellent communication skills

Self driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and goals
Sound computer literacy

Role Responsibility
Achieve sales targets
Prospecting by phone to generate opportunities and build a pipeline (leads provided)
Achieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintain and grow a customer base
Desired Experience:
Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targets
A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly Regarded
Have the ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls
Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
Experience using CRMs (Hubspot & NetSuite experience advantageous)
We are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and uncapped commissions.

Location & Onboarding:
This role is based in Clayton, Melbourne, where you'll be working from a shared office space. Our Melbourne showroom is located approximately 20 minutes away and may require occasional visits.
Please note: All new hires will be required to complete initial training and onboarding at our Head Office on the Gold Coast for the first month. Travel and accommodation support will be provided. After this period, you'll return to Melbourne to continue in your role locally.
