Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and enquiries from potential clients and set appointments with lawyers

Collaborate with lawyers to guide prospective clients through the initial intake process and clearly articulate the value of our legal services

Take payments for appointments and manage booking confirmations

Proactively engage with clients to build trust and ensure their needs are met

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications:

Mandarin - must be proficient in reading and writing

Proven experience in sales, appointment-setting or sales-oriented customer roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess client enquiries and direct them effectively

Proficiency in using booking and payment systems

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
