Maintenance Manager /Coordinator - TLC Works

TLC Works is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager/Co-ordinator to keep our company operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Maintenance Tasks: Handle daily maintenance requests, work orders, and internal team enquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

Nursery Condition Oversight: Conduct daily inspections and servicing of the property mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Preventative Maintenance Program: Collaborate to develop and manage company-wide preventative maintenance and servicing schedules to minimise downtime and prolong the life of assets. Assets include vehicles, maintenance equipment, nursery infrastructure to name a few.

Co-ordinating of Insurance Claims: Liaising with insurers and contractors regarding repairs to vehicles and equipment.

Oversee Deliveries: Oversee all deliveries, receive using forklift, ensure adherence to company procedures.

Work, Health & Safety (WH&S): Manage all WH&S procedures, including reporting, training, and implementing proactive safety measures to create a safe working environment.

Special Projects: Assist with special projects as directed by TLC Management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of the company.

Qualifications:

Trade qualification helpful but not essential, for example: mechanics, small engines, electrical etc.

Proven experience in maintenance within a trade industry.

Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage contractors and workers effectively and work collaboratively with other departments.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software and PC computer skills
