About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated SDA Support Team Member to join our growing team. Based in South/East Brisbane, this full-time role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting the operations and compliance of our SDA properties. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining service quality and building strong relationships with participants, their support networks, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to SDA participants, families, SIL providers, and property owners.

Conduct property inspections and viewings across the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Redland Bay, and Oxley (including entry/exit reports).

Manage Collaboration Agreements with SIL providers and ensure key documents are explained and agreed upon.

Confirm communication preferences and house rules with all stakeholders.

Schedule six-monthly inspections and annual reviews of emergency plans (PEEPs).

Process lease renewals, funding health checks, and owner approvals as required.

Support general maintenance and tenancy vacates.

Maintain the complaints register and manage the PropertyMe inbox.

Assist with arrears management and develop payment plans when needed.

Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

A genuine passion for helping people with disability.

Strong initiative, excellent time management, and KPI focus.

Confidence working independently from home with regular team collaboration.

Availability to travel occasionally within South-East Queensland.

Familiarity with the disability sector and NDIS framework, or a strong willingness to learn.

Desirable:

Previous property management experience and/or qualifications.
