The successful applicant must have:

Qld Real Estate Certificate and previous Property Management experience

Up to date legislative knowledge with 2 years plus portfolio management experience.

Good working knowledge of PM Software

Excellent Customer Service skills & Time Management skills

Ability to prioritise tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication

Be committed to providing an exceptional service to our clients

Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously

Positive attitude

Willingness to participate in ongoing training

Current drivers license and own vehicle

The Role:

Managing your own portfolio - no hidden secrets, this portfolio is a dream!

Liaising with owners and tenants

Managing inspections including Routine, Entry and Exit inspections

Organising maintenance and supervising to completion

Negotiating Lease renewals and rent increases

Arrears Management, including QCAT applications and attendance

No letting responsibilities - we have a dedicated, full-time leasing team

Primary software packages used to support the role are Ailo, Inspect Real Estate, Pricefinder & Realworks
