The Role
This role will undertake all the duties required when assisting the Commercial Property Management division across a mixed portfolio. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Lease administration
• Liaising with contractors and raising work orders for maintenance and minor works
• Monthly and annual reporting
• Direct tenant liaison and management; achieve strong tenant relationships and high levels of tenant satisfaction
• Collating reports and ensuring policies are up to date
• Compliance and insurance

The Ideal Candidate

• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Team player with a great attitude
