Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Building strong, professional, and genuine relationships with landlords

• Providing clear, proactive communication and service

• Managing outgoing inspections, maintenance, arrears, QCAT matters, and insurance claims

• Representing our values and brand in all interactions

• Contributing positively to our team culture and overall growth

• Owner appointments

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Lease renewals

• Routine inspections

• Rental receipting or invoicing

• Council or water bill processing

• Application processing or CMA preparation

• Entry condition reports

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management

• Current Certificate of Registration

• Current driver’s licence

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

What You’ll Get in Return

• Company car provided for appointments

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with a 1hour lunch break
