Job Description:
Answer incoming telephone calls
Greet visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments
Collect, sort, distribute correspondence, mail & messages
Generate invoices, receive payments, record receipts & reconcile daily
Data entry & reconciliation of accounts
Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed
Accounts Receivable & Payable
Requirements:
Ability to build positive relationships
High interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, punctual and able to work in a team environment
Knowledge of Xero necessary
2-3 years of related experience
