About Us

TANOSHIMI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Administrative Officer to join our team in our Melbourne CBD office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in both Mandarin and English

Manage and maintain office systems, procedures, and records

Provide executive-level administrative support, including diary management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents

Coordinate logistics for meetings and events

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

What we're looking for

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a customer-focused mindset
