McInnes Earthmoving (based in Heyfield - Gippsland) is a family business that has, over the last 70 years, developed into an industry-leading civil contractor completing road construction, rail and road bridges and culverts, subdivision, stormwater drainage, forestry and bulk earthworks projects.

McInnes is seeking a friendly and diligent team player to fulfill the Office Administrator position.
This position is located in the Heyfield office, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About you:
To be successful in the Office Administrator role, you must have a proactive attitude and initiative as well as attaining exceptional organisational and communication skills.
The Office Administrator will have great time management and planning skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience in Xero is desireable.
The ability to work as part of a team is absolutely crucial to this role and McInnes are seeking an applicant who harmonises with our existing friendly and supportive office team.
For this role, it is highly beneficial to have had previous experience in an Administration position.
Key Responsibilities:
General correspondence, emails, phone calls, uploading to portals, and day to day administrative support.
Completing Payroll weekly using Xero, coordination of leave requests and employee timesheets.
Personal assistant to the management team, including Directors and Operation Manager.
Assist with administrative duties relating to plant and equipment, including documentation for new equipment, maintenance records on the WHS system, uploading documents to client portals etc;
Assist with entering invoices into Xero & paying invoices through the banking system when required.
Work willingly under direction and maintain a high standard of workmanship in all tasks including routine maintenance, ‘housekeeping’ and orderliness of the work environment
