Security Supervisor | Westfield Geelong

We’re excited to announce that Trident Services Australia has been awarded the security contract at Westfield Geelong, with operations commencing from Monday 21 July 2025. As part of this exciting new partnership, we are seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Security Supervisor to lead the team from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and coordinating a dedicated team of security officers in line with client expectations
• Ensuring all security operations align with contractual obligations, site instructions, and emergency procedures
• Managing rosters, payroll processes, and performance outcomes
• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of site staff
• Monitoring compliance and delivering high service standards through audits and mentoring
• Liaising regularly with centre management, stakeholders, and emergency services
• Managing incident reporting, risk assessments, and ongoing operational improvements

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in security
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of crowd management, emergency response, and relevant Victorian legislation
• Victorian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Security Officer)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Open Australian driver’s licence and unrestricted working rights
• Tech-savvy with experience in using security systems and incident management platforms
