Security Supervisor – Westfield Southland

We’re proud to share that Trident Services Australia has been appointed to deliver security services at Westfield Southland, with operations kicking off on Monday 21 July 2025. We're currently recruiting an experienced and confident Security Supervisor to lead the onsite team and ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers, retailers, and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing a professional security team
• Maintaining compliance with site procedures and client expectations
• Handling rostering, timesheets, budget management, and KPI tracking
• Supporting team development through induction, coaching, and ongoing training
• Building relationships with centre management, emergency services, and community partners
• Driving safety initiatives, service improvements, and innovation across the site
• Responding to and reporting on incidents in a timely, professional manner

What you’ll need:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a security leadership role (retail/centre-based preferred)
• Clear and confident communication with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Thorough knowledge of Victorian security laws and retail risk management
• Valid Victorian Security Licence (including Crowd Control)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia and an open driver’s licence
• Familiarity with workforce management and electronic security systems
