Position: Sales Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
Answer and action office calls, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Serving in our Showroom & Retail space
Connect with clients through follow-ups and build relationships
Dealing with customer requests and providing quotations
Providing information on stock availability
Liaise with customers and provide support by organizing deliveries and purchases for new and existing customers
Ensure accurate entry of new customer details into the database for seamless onboarding
Provide outstanding support and product expertise to existing and new customers, encouraging repeat business.

Any additional tasks required;

Growing our wholesale, interior designers and retail customer base to build long term, successful relationships

And now we are bringing that experience to Wagga Wagga, with an additional store we are joining forces with both of our labels in one store, with Barefoot Gypsy & Frisky Deer Interiors & Cafe.

Through our travels, we source beautiful, textural and unique furniture items, homewares, lighting and furniture pieces that are ethically created by local artisians in Morocco, Indonesia, India and other locations around the globe. We always ensure our pieces are authentic and made consciously, with consideration of the planet.

The perfectly imperfect pieces we source have a modern bohemian aesthetic that we curate together and showcase online and in our serene space on the Mornington Peninsula.

All our pieces have synergy with one another allowing you to easily create a relaxed, coastal styled, harmonious home – so you can emulate a resort feel in your everyday spaces.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a proactive individual ready to join our vibrant sales team. If you have:

A proven track record in sales, within the retail homewares industry would be preferred
A passion for building connections and sales
Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable phone manner
Capability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Previous experience in a Sales Role
Ability to use Cin7, Shopify, Google Suite, Drop Box & Starshipit or be open to obtaining the skillset
Experience with a POS System
Friendly & approachable manner
Can do attitude with a vibrant nature
Knowledge of the import industry
In House Position Based in Mornington
